Taslima Mitu Roy
Coached athletics for 25 years in Amritsar
- 🇮🇳 Amritsar, Punjab, India
- Amritsar Swimming Club
- Since 2001
- English, Bengali
I've coached athletics at Amritsar Swimming Club since 2001. Most of my players were between 9 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
More about Taslima
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Taslima: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
