Tariq Idris Kassem
Master of welding, now teaching apprentices
- 🇪🇬 Mansoura, Dakahlia, Egypt
- Highland Repairs
- Since 1982
- English, Arabic
I've worked in welding since 1982. I learned from my grandmother and passed what I could on to 2,160 apprentices.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 24 years later for another job.
What gifts mean to Tariq: Any gift will help me keep the workshop open for evening lessons.

You fixed our roof in 1983 and charged half what others asked. Greetings from Oakland.
