Tariq Ahmed Sarkis
Leadership mentor, Rabat
- 🇲🇦 Rabat, Rabat-Salé-Kénitra, Morocco
- Good Shepherd Association
- Since 2009

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 460 people through Good Shepherd Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Tariq
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
