Tarık Özdemir
Self-taught graphic design artist
- 🇹🇷 Istanbul, Istanbul, Türkiye
- Istanbul Art Collective
- Since 1999
- English, Turkish
I work mostly in graphic design, sometimes sculpture. My first show was in 1999 at Istanbul Art Collective, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
Most of my work is inspired by old photographs. I make terrible puns.
More about Tarık
If you've bought a piece of mine, thank you. It's on someone's wall and that still amazes me.
Mediums
What gifts mean to Tarık: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.
