Tao Jian Wei
Mentor in small business and first-generation students
- 🇺🇸 Saint Paul, Minnesota, United States
- Saint Paul Community Trust
- Since 2014
- English, Mandarin
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 470 people through Saint Paul Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
