For 15 years I was the special education teacher at Mangaluru Primary School. I taught Grade 6 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays. Inside it, I never turned anyone away.
More about Tanvi
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Tanvi: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
