Tania Sharmin Akter

Volunteer mentor with Savar Foundation

  • 🇧🇩 Savar, Dhaka, Bangladesh
  • Savar Foundation
  • Since 2005
  • English, Bengali
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 920 people through Savar Foundation. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.

More about Tania

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
