Helping people break into small business
- 🇮🇳 Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India
- Kanpur Mentoring Circle
- Since 2013
- English, Bengali
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 460 people through Kanpur Mentoring Circle.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Tania
If I mentored you, I hope you're still pushing yourself.

What gifts mean to Tania: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
