Tania Lipi Mahmud

Retired social studies teacher from Dhaka Girls' School

  • 🇧🇩 Dhaka, Dhaka, Bangladesh
  • Dhaka Girls' School
  • 1997 to 2019
  • English, Bengali
For 22 years I was the social studies teacher at Dhaka Girls' School. I taught primary school children and a few brave older students who wanted extra help. My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits. It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

More about Tania

Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the science museum, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
