Helping people break into trades
- 🇹🇷 Kadıköy, Istanbul, Türkiye
- Kadıköy Association
- 1986 to 2004
- English
For 18 years I've mentored people in trades and small business. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I run most mornings.
More about Taner
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Taner: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
