For 16 years I was the chemistry teacher at Riverside Technical College. I taught primary school children and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I garden badly but happily. Inside it, I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Tammy
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

What gifts mean to Tammy: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
