I taught English literature at Jacaranda Secondary School in Adelaide from 2003 to 2013. Most days I taught Grade 8, and I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it.
I ran the homework club after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I'm always reading two books at once.
