Tamaki Hitomi Okamoto
Writing mentor, Osaka
- 🇯🇵 Osaka, Osaka, Japan
- Osaka Foundation
- 2017 to 2025
- Japanese
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 280 people through Osaka Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Tamaki: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
