Tamaki Aoi Ando
Children's librarian in Tokyo
- 🇯🇵 Tokyo, Tokyo, Japan
- Highland Reading Room
- Since 1999
- Japanese
I've worked at Highland Reading Room since 1999. If there was a question, we'd find an answer, or at least a book that might help.
I never raise my voice. A library should feel like a living room.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Tamaki
I still remember the favorites of every regular.

What gifts mean to Tamaki: I'd put a gift toward a reading corner at the nearby school.
