Tâm Kim Cao
Volunteer mentor with Riverside Community Trust
- 🇻🇳 Hanoi, Hanoi, Vietnam
- Riverside Community Trust
- 1979 to 1994
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 360 people through Riverside Community Trust.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
More about Tâm
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Tâm: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
