For eight years I was the religious studies teacher at Sunrise Grammar School. I taught the final-year class and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I walk the dog by the river. Inside it, I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
