Takeshi Hashimoto

Agriculture teacher at Central Secondary School, Since 1997

  • 🇯🇵 Yokohama, Kanagawa, Japan
  • Since 1997
  • Japanese
Central Secondary School is my second home. I teach agriculture there since 1997, mostly Year 7. Over the years I've had 1,360 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile. I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

More about Takeshi

Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

What gifts mean to Takeshi: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.

I was in your Year 7 class in 2001. You believed I could do it before I did. Greetings from Nairobi.

you taught me agriculture in 2025 at Central Secondary School. I still remember the cold winter when we all kept our coats on. Greetings from Louisville.
