Helping people break into leadership
- 🇯🇵 Kawasaki, Kanagawa, Japan
- Orchid Foundation
- Since 1993
- Japanese
For 33 years I've mentored people in leadership and finance. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
My door was open at lunch.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Taiga
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Taiga: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
