Tahmina Nargis Biswas
Taught English literature at Nagpur Grammar School
- 🇮🇳 Nagpur, Maharashtra, India
- Nagpur Grammar School
- 1996 to 2015
- English, Bengali
For 19 years I was the English literature teacher at Nagpur Grammar School. I taught Year 9 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I had 590 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Tahmina
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Tahmina: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.

You taught me English literature in 2024 at Nagpur Grammar School. I still remember that terrible school play.
