Tahmina Jannat Khatun
First-generation students mentor, Dwarka
- 🇮🇳 Dwarka, Delhi, India
- Dwarka Association
- Since 1993
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,250 people through Dwarka Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Tahmina
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
