Baking, done properly
- 🇵🇱 Katowice, Silesia, Poland
- Old Our Lady of Peace Workshop
- Since 2012

I've worked in baking since 2012. I learned from my grandmother and passed what I could on to 810 apprentices.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 12 years later for another job.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Tadeusz
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
What gifts mean to Tadeusz: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
