Tabitha Mary Macharia
Teaching mentor, Mbarara
- 🇺🇬 Mbarara, Western Region, Uganda

For 18 years I've mentored people in teaching and leadership. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm always reading two books at once.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Tabitha: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
