- Since 1991

I play brass band and gospel. I started in 1991 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness.
I teach about 18 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I'm always reading two books at once.
More about Sylvie
I write my first song when I was 20. It was terrible and I still love it.

What gifts mean to Sylvie: A gift would go toward new strings, repairs and music for my students.
