I've coached basketball at Tiruchirappalli Silverlake Community Club since 1989. Most of my players were between 9 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I watch every football match going.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Swati
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
