Swati Rawat
Thatching, done properly
- 🇮🇳 Dwarka, Delhi, India
- Dwarka Trades Guild
- 1996 to 2025
- English, Hindi
My trade is thatching. I opened my own shop in 1996 in Dwarka and I'm still there most mornings.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I like to keep things simple and honest.
What gifts mean to Swati: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
