Swati R. Bedi
Mentor in nursing and leadership
- 🇮🇳 Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
- Bamboo Youth Network
- Since 2008
- English, Hindi
For 18 years I've mentored people in nursing and leadership. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
