Swati L. Bajpai
Volunteer mentor with Coimbatore Association
- 🇮🇳 Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India

- 2005 to 2016

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 310 people through Coimbatore Association.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I run most mornings.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
More about Swati
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Swati: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
