For 26 years I've run the cricket program at Hope Youth Club in Varanasi. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Swati
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
