Helping people break into careers
- 🇬🇧 Newcastle upon Tyne, England, United Kingdom

- English, Hindi
For 23 years I've mentored people in careers and law school. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm always reading two books at once.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Swati: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
