Swapna S. Deshmukh
Volunteer mentor with Mumbai Association
- 🇮🇳 Mumbai, Maharashtra, India

- Since 1993

For 33 years I've mentored people in recovery and software. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I sing in a choir.
More about Swapna
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Swapna: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.

You helped me get my first recovery job in 2024. I still have your notes. Greetings from London.
