Swapna L. Doshi
Mentor in farming and careers
- 🇮🇳 Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu, India
- Harmony Youth Network
- 2013 to 2022

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 210 people through Harmony Youth Network.
I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Swapna
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Swapna: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
