Swapna D. Apte
25 years teaching French in Rohini
- 🇮🇳 Rohini, Delhi, India
- Lakeview Girls' School
- Since 2013
- English, Gujarati
I came to teaching late, after working as a nurse, and 13 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I watch every football match going. Inside it, I never turn anyone away.
More about Swapna
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Swapna: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.

You taught me French in 2018 at Lakeview Girls' School. I still remember the snow day nobody expected.

A small gift is a big thank-you.
