Sven Teun Van Beek
25 years teaching early years in Rotterdam
- 🇳🇱 Rotterdam, South Holland, Netherlands
- Since 1986
- Dutch
I came to teaching late, after working as a night-shift cleaner, and 40 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
I've run the gardening club after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I watch every football match going.
More about Sven
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Sven: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
