I run Old Summit Grill in Amsterdam. We started in 1995 with four tables and one very patient dishwasher. My recipes mostly come from my older brother. I'm always reading two books at once. It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

More about Sven

I still cook the same soup every Friday.
