Sushila Anita Bajracharya

Volunteer mentor with Dharan Community Trust

  • 🇳🇵 Dharan, Koshi, Nepal
  • Dharan Community Trust
  • Since 1986
  • English, Nepali
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 2,280 people through Dharan Community Trust. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
