My trade is electrical work. I opened my own shop in 1979 in Dortmund and I'm still there most mornings.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I'm usually the first one in and the last to leave.
More about Susanne
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Susanne: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
