I'm a mentor in software. I spent my career as a bank clerk and now give some of that back.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Susana
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Susana: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
