Susana E. Castro
Helping people break into teaching
- 🇨🇴 Cali, Valle del Cauca, Colombia
- Cali Association
- 2015 to 2024
- Spanish
For nine years I've mentored people in teaching and careers. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I learned every name in the first week.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
More about Susana
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Susana: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
