Susana D. Villalobos
Traditional drumming player and teacher in La Plata
- 🇦🇷 La Plata, Buenos Aires, Argentina
- La Plata Ensemble
- Since 1988
- Spanish
I've played traditional drumming since 1988, mostly in pubs, churches, weddings and anywhere else that would have me. These days I also teach.
I teach about 19 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Susana
I write my first song when I was 21. It was terrible and I still love it.

What gifts mean to Susana: I'd put a gift toward recording a small album.
