I've coached cross country at Bengaluru Eastgate Swimming Club since 1999. Most of my players were between 12 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I make terrible puns.

You coached me in 2023. I still hear your voice on the sideline. Greetings from Rochester.
