Suresh Deepak Basnet
Physics and environmental science teacher, Kathmandu
- 🇳🇵 Kathmandu, Bagmati, Nepal
- Phoenix Girls' School
- 1996 to 2024
- English, Nepali
I taught physics at Phoenix Girls' School in Kathmandu from 1996 to 2024. Most days I taught Year 10, and I learned every name in the first week.
I coached the school's volleyball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Suresh
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the capital, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

You taught me physics in 2000 at Phoenix Girls' School. I still remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard
