Suren Dlamini
Youth rugby coach and mentor
- 🇿🇦 Soweto, Gauteng, South Africa
- Since 2006
- English
I've coached rugby at Soweto Bayview Youth Club since 2006. Most of my players were between 11 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I run most mornings.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Suren
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
What gifts mean to Suren: Anything sent will buy equipment for the junior team.
