I've coached athletics at Chiang Mai Liberty Youth Club since 1983. Most of my players were between 9 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
More about Surachai
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
