Supriya J. Karandikar
Mentor in finance and first-generation students
- 🇮🇳 Warangal, Telangana, India
- 2007 to 2024
- English, Gujarati
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 950 people through Unity Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Supriya
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Supriya: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
