Supriya C. Pandya
Volunteer mentor with Salem Mentoring Circle
- 🇮🇳 Salem, Tamil Nadu, India
- 1979 to 2013
- English, Marathi
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,260 people through Salem Mentoring Circle.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Supriya: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
