Sunita W. Joshi

13 years teaching religious studies in Coimbatore

🇮🇳 Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India
Redwood Grammar School
1978 to 1986
English, Hindi

I taught religious studies at Redwood Grammar School in Coimbatore from 1978 to 1986. Most days I taught Grade 8, and I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk. I coached the school's netball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.

More about Sunita

Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the science museum, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

Subjects taught

Religious studies Physics

What gifts mean to Sunita: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
