Helping people break into farming
- 🇮🇳 Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India

- English, Hindi
For 20 years I've mentored people in farming and finance. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
More about Sunita
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Sunita: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.

You helped me get my first farming job in 2014. I still have your notes. Greetings from Pokhara.
