Sunil Sunil Newar
Folk music player and teacher in Kathmandu
- 🇳🇵 Kathmandu, Bagmati, Nepal

- Since 1985
- English, Nepali
I've played folk music since 1985, mostly in pubs, churches, weddings and anywhere else that would have me. These days I also teach.
I teach about 6 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I run most mornings.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Sunil
I write my first song when I was 22. It was terrible and I still love it.
