For 38 years I've run the softball program at Silverlake Boxing Gym in Syracuse. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I learn every name in the first week.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
