Helping people break into teaching
- 🇮🇳 Pune, Maharashtra, India
- Pune Association
- Since 2009
- English, Tamil
For 17 years I've mentored people in teaching and first-generation students. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
More about Sundar
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Sundar: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
